Completion Programs

Best-Buy Homes offers three types of completion programs, or degrees of completion, to our customers. We offer the "Full Owner Completion Package", the "Partial Owner Completion Package", and the "Turnkey Package." Please read below for details on each package.

The Full Owner Completion Package offers the maximum savings by allowing our customers to be their own General Contractor. Best-Buy Homes will provide your dream house approximately 85%-90% complete. We will provide the crane and set crew to set your house and we will have your house completely under roof and shingled so it is protected from the weather. We also provide support throughout the process, so do not worry, you wont be alone to figure out how to complete your house. All you have to do is have the last 10%-15% of the house finished to move in. You will also need to provide site preparation and your foundation. The Partial Owner Completion Package is basically the same idea as the Full Owner Completion Package, however, it allows our customers to get a little more finish work completed by Best-Buy. Naturally, this option will not afford our customers the utmost in savings, however, they can still get their dream house as a much lower price than they would with a typical builder that would provide a turnket home. Some examples of the finish work completed by Best-Buy on a Partial Owner Completion would be the site preparation and foundation or a front porch. Partial Owner Completion Packages are customized and evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to our customers' needs.

The Turnkey Package is just that, a turnkey job. Basically, you tell us what you want and we build it, down to every last detail and option. All you have to do is move in!
